MY ORDER & SHIPPING

Ahhhh mistakes happen, we totally understand. Our warehouse team processes and packs orders at lightning speed so we can get your products to you ASAP. This means that once you’ve placed your order, we can’t change the details.

Please leave a message on "Contact us" our friendly staff will respond ASAP.

We currently ship our products to Australia and the US. If you’re outside of those countries, not to worry, we are working on shipping to more countries!

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We strive to create pieces that you’ll love. But if you’re not 100% satisfied with your order, we’re totally happy to accept returns for store credit. 

Just send back the item in its original condition with all the tags attached and no signs of wear within 30 days of the order delivery date. If the item/s passes our return requirements, store credit will be issued to your Lakeyo account. 

Something doesn’t fit quite right? Lakeyo does accept exchanges if the sizing is not correct. Simply email returns@lakeyo.com and return the wrong sized item ASAP and we can ship the item/s in the correct size to you. In your return, please indicate the correct size. Alternatively, if you wish to receive store credit, you can return the wrong sized item/s and we will issue you store credit if the item/s passes the return requirements above. Store credit can then be used to order a different size.

We absolutely do refunds if the product is faulty. Lakeyo has a stringent inspection process before any product is sent out. However if you encounter a faulty item, please email us at returns@lakeyo.com ASAP. Please make sure you have photographic evidence of the fault.

If the piece is deemed faulty by the Lakeyo team, we will facilitate a full monetary refund. 

Your store credit is your digital Lakeyo cash. Store credit is offered to you once you’ve made a return or an exchange.

Store credit is provided in the currency in which you paid and is valid for 12 months after the date of issue. You can view your store credit balance through your Lakeyo account.
