Otherwise, if Australia Post determines there’s a stay place for the parcel, it will be left at the address and Australia Post will record this as proof of delivery.
If the receiver gives the courier authority to deliver without a signature or the receiver gives the courier authority to leave, Lakeyo is not responsible if the parcel goes missing. Lakeyo will not refund or resend the parcel in this event.

If a parcel is not claimed/refused by the receiver, carrier will attempt re-delivery.
